Breakfast was delicious the wait staff was exceptional
In quadruple room there should have been four glasses and four bottles of water. We were only given three. I feel the quadruple room was a bit overpriced.

Stayed at a reasonably large room with very good Internet access and a single queen bed, as for instance. Location: the hotel was near the avenue and Antigua and the avenue Reforma has a walk way in the center.

The hotel is conveniently located near major medical centers and the American Embassy. The restaurant on the premises offers good food and a pleasant dining experience. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff, especially Cesar Rodas, is kind, efficient, and helpful.
The noise from the busy street outside could be bothersome for light sleepers.

The hotel is great value for money, especially for business travelers. It is significantly less expensive than other hotels in the area but still offers comfortable accommodations and basic amenities. The location of the hotel is convenient, particularly for those visiting the Zona Viva area. It is within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and other attractions. The staff at the hotel are friendly, polite, and helpful. They make you feel welcome and are attentive to your needs. The breakfast at the hotel is included in the room rate and is quite impressive. They serve a real breakfast with options like eggs, pancakes, and cereal, unlike the simple coffee and donuts offered at many places nowadays.
There were no major issues or complaints about the hotel.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Despite its location not being close to any notable attractions, it was perfect for the event I was attending in Parque La Industria. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the room were satisfactory, and I found the room itself to be spacious and well-insulated, allowing for a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast for two guests was a delightful experience in the busy restaurant, with tasty food served by attentive waiters.
No major concerns. everything was satisfactory.
